Material: 100% eco-friendly ("friend of nature"), without adhesive and hypo-allergenic. Tested and certified by SGS (world leader in quality control). Inner eco-foam, outer cover 100% cotton. The set contains a total of 12,728 nubs (mat: 11,378, pillow: 1,350) made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic (durable material used for Lego). No adhesive is used to attach the nubs but a “thermoplastic” process in which the materials are connected by heat.
Operating principle: When you lie on this “nail bed”, your body weight is evenly distributed over 12728 nubs, thereby stimulating countless acupressure points. Funziona!!
All’inizio si prova abbastanza dolore, poi un gran caldo. Poi sei talmente rilassata e in pace col mondo che non vorresti alzarti più! Consigliato a tutti i nervosetti! Questo è il kit migliore perchè ha la palla, perfetta per i piedi, e la sua sacca per non sporcarlo quando non si usa.

Entspricht genau der Vorstellung
Ist zwar ein Produkt an welches man sich langsam gewöhnen muss, aber mit der Zeit sehr entspannend.
Die Größe ist gut und man kann dadurch beim Liegen auch gleich die Fußsohlen draufstellen.
Ich finde es sehr entspannend und auch mein Lebensgefährte, der solche Dinge nicht sonst nicht so verwendet, benutzt es von Zeit zu Zeit freiwillig.

Sofort Hilfe bei Rückenschmerzen
Mega Produkt man merkt genau wo das Fasziale Gewebe verklebt ist. Das Produkt unterstützt die Verklebung zu lösen und um so gelöster das Gewebe ist um so besser.

Sie war am Anfang schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, da auch die Spitzen nicht abgerundet sind. Mittlerweile hilft sie sehr gut bei Verspannung und auch der Kopf kann auf dem Kissen liegen. Die Größe passt und das Material ist robust und langlebig.

Sie ging zurück weil ich mich für eine kleinere entschiedenen habe . Aber die Matte ist perfekt. Wurde mir von einer Physiotherapeutin empfohlen und habe den Kauf bis heute nicht bereut.
