eher weiche Noppen, konnte keine Entspannungsfunktion feststellen. Nachdem eine Woche später die gleiche Matte bei Lidl für 15 Euro angeboten wurde, war klar, dass da nicht viel Funktion bei rüberkommt.

Da lieg ich gern drauf
Die MARTneck Akupressurmatte Premium Set hat sich als eine großartige Investition für meine Gesundheit und Entspannung erwiesen. Die Matten sind gut verarbeitet und von hoher Qualität. Die Nadeln sind scharf genug, um einen angenehmen Druck auf die Haut auszuüben, ohne jedoch unangenehm zu sein. Die beigefügte Kopfkissen sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort und Entspannung. Ich benutze die Matte regelmäßig zur Linderung von Rückenschmerzen und Stress und die Ergebnisse sind deutlich spürbar. Ein tolles Produkt, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Ich hatte mir einige Matten vorher angeschaut aber bei dieser hier stimmt einfach alle. Gute Qualität zu kleinem Preis. Ich nutze die Matte täglich für 20 min. zum entspannen der Muskulatur. Mir geht’s schon nach kurzer Zeit besser. Klare Empfehlung.

sehr gute Qualität, empfehlenswert
Ich habe fürs Erste 8 Minuten draufgelegen ohne Klamotten und Schutz. Am Anfang hat es ordentlich gepiekt. Mit der Zeit veränderte sich der Schmerz in pulsierende Wärme. Mein Rücken fühlt sich momentan (1/2 Stunde später) immernoch entspannt und locker an. Seit meinem Bandscheibenvorfall vor fast einem Jahr habe ich permanent Schmerzen, Nervenzuckungen und -verhärtungen.
Die Matte könnte etwas größer bzw. länger sein. Es passt der obere Gesäßteil bis kurz unter die Schultern drauf.
Aber dann muss ich das öfter in verschiedenen Positionen machen.
Der erste Eindruck ist gut. Super Qualität zu einen vernünftigen Preis.
